The Hill Method is a streamlined, therapeutic approach for assessing, identifying, treating and managing problems within the soft-tissue system.
It begins the moment a client walks through the door, continues throughout the entire phase of their care, and extends beyond their release.
Using proprietary techniques, The Hill Method effectively treats common soft-tissue problems (ie. inflammation, muscle spasm, nerve radiation, scar-tissue buildup, and inflexibility) with faster, longer lasting results.
Proprietary Techniques
Structural Release Therapy (SRT)
SRT fuses deep-tissue release, passive release, and isolated stretching to alleviate pain, tension and scar-tissue buildup in areas that are reducing joint mobility.
Point-Specific Palpation (PSP)
A slow, progressively deeper, soft-tissue release that concentrates only on areas with the highest amount of spasm, scar-tissue and pain.
Muscle Trapping
A technique used to trap "squirmy" muscles, ones that, due to hypertonicity, are difficult to apply direct pressure because they move aside.
Inflammation Removal
A slow, gentle, yet firm, technique developed to quickly remove lymph and excess blood from areas that are hypersensitive and swollen.
Emergency Response
Administered shortly after an injury once proper medical care has been provided. Reduces the natural inflammatory and pain response allowing for better healing.

What to Expect During a Typical Session
During every session, you will be asked a series of questions regarding your particular complaint and any new issues that may have arisen since your previous visit. A physical, visual and verbal assessment will be taken followed by hands on treatment.
All treatments are constantly adjusted to the ever-changing responses inside your body. Since you know how you feel better than anyone, your feedback is greatly encouraged throughout each session.
